Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation, provided that payment and all required specifications are received. In most cases, shipments are dispatched the same day.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS. The following shipping services are available:

  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS® Ground Saver
  • UPS® Standard
  • UPS® Next Day Air® Early
  • UPS® Next Day Air®
  • UPS® Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS® 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS® 3 Day Select®

Delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days, depending on the service selected and the shipping destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, service, and distance. Final shipping charges will appear on your invoice.

  • Free Shipping – Orders of $300 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States (1–2 business days, express).

  • Local Pickup – Free local pickup is available at our Brooklyn, NY facility. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Shipping Regions

At this time, Elegant Direct ships exclusively within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Packages can be tracked at UPS.com.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to carrier delays.

Liability

Elegant Direct is not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed due to carrier errors, weather conditions, transportation issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

In the event of a lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed package, please notify us by email at direct(a)elegantlab.com (Please replace (a) with @). Include your tracking number, photos (if applicable), and all relevant documentation. We will initiate a claim with UPS and update you on the resolution process.
